i need a pick-me-up. this week has been a real downer, the weather is really gloomy, and i can't seem to get out of bed in the morning. i keep looking around my desk at work, wondering what i'm doing here and what it all means. this is a great company, and there's lots of good work to do, yet i am sorely lacking in motivation. sigh. isn't it supposed to be a sunny summer already?
