this year, i couldn't think of anything to get for my bf for valentine's day. he had to remind me that he just got a treo 650 and could use an sd card.

on the other hand, he had been planning v-day for a month. since the 14th was a tuesday, he had everything laid out for saturday the 11th. totally amazing day. all a big surprise.

first, he cooked me breakfast in the morning - scrambled eggs + sausage + berry medley + cute but huge cookie (like 1st pic) + single gorgeous rose. i apparently was so tired that i didn't really notice that he got up, went to safeway, and proceeded to bang around the kitchen for a bit. i didn't manage to get a picture of the cookie before devouring it. it said "I'm Yours" on it in white lettering on pink frosting. yummy.


then, we dashed out to get his car washed before heading up to the city for the second event. have you heard of the sex tour at the sf zoo? apparently it sells out every year and is ridiculously interesting. especially given that i was a biology major.

but that wasn't the end of it...after all of that, we went to la folie for an incredible dinner with lots of small sumptious dishes. perfect service, perfect food, and a perfect valentine's day...thanks sweetie!
