hello world.

i've decided to rejoin the online community again. the world is looking better (though bush is still a dipsh*t), and i'm enjoying the afterglow from my birthday and another good year. my knee is now more or less back to normal, and i'm starting to expand into things that i've been wanting to do but haven't had the time/energy to do.
